Word From Athens

We're on lunch break here at NAQT sectionals at UGA. Five games into a double round robin, we're 4-1 with a loss to South Florida A. Questions are typical NAQT fuzzy, here. Tossup on "wind," for instance. Other outstandingly bad question: "Pencil and paper ready. The function * has a value where a*b equals a + B + 1 . . . "

Buh.

Oh well. Florida up and coming, as well as Vanderbilt, and then everyone else all over again.

Props to UGA, though. I'm a fan of any tournament locale where I only have to drive an hour, have good food within eating distance, and net access between rounds.
