Scientists would like to remind you that reheating hard boiled eggs in the microwave can lead to them exploding, sending shards of eggy shrapnel and super-heated yolk all over the place. If you can get this video to work (big if), the Japanese TV show "Pain SOS!" has done a special on this phenomenon.

This warning goes especially for you, Jake "boiling Coke was nifty, but now I need a new pan" Armstrong.
